Perfect Lip

PERFECT LIP 

To start of apply vaseline/carmex to the clients lip using a cotton bud and get the client to blend it in with their finger then blot most of it off.

Line the lips with an angled brush and then fill in with what is left on the brush. 

With your main lipstick colour add it onto the lips.

With a lose powder seal the lipstick into place and then apply the lipstick over it.

Can either leave the lips matte or go over it with a lipgloss such as Elizabeth Arden’s 8 hour cream for a glossy look.

With a small concealer brush neaten up the edges and any straighten the lines on the outside .
